Paint Watch

The Game

Paint Watch is a slow, semi-cozy, stealth city-builder game in which you paint a gray city in color while avoiding the careful eyes of the government. Paint the entire gray city in vibrant colors without the D.O.P.O. (department of public order) noticing you.
First, select a target district and then a plot by left clicking. Select a color to paint the highlighted floor. This will turn it a light version of that color.

The amount of color you have limits your painting activities. You can earn more by completing quests, each of which has three to four color requirements. If a tile contains all needed colors and the paint has dried, the quest is complete. After completing a certain new number of quests, more districts are unlocked. This change however is pretty attention-grabbing, so move around to different districts to avoid triggering an out-of-order inspection.

The D.O.P.O balloon moves around the map at regular intervals. If it detects any unfamiliar floors, it aggressively paints the entire tile gray again. Painting too many floors in a short time can cause the D.O.P.O to skip the usual routine and start an inspection on that district.

Paint floor after floor and complete quests until every house is colorful!
